Part of Philly Tech Week 2017 presented by Comcast
In the spring of 2017, Philadelphia Department of Revenue launched a Data Warehouse and Case Management System as part of the City’s effort to increase dollars collected for Schools and City services. The data warehouse consolidates data sources from multiple agencies and jurisdictions (including State and Federal), providing a comprehensive view of taxpayer activity and driving enforcement actions targeting taxpayer delinquency in Philadelphia.
With the Data Warehouse now in production, learn how consolidation of taxpayer data supports automated, timely reporting and analysis to improve decision-making. Learn about the City’s early successes using the data warehouse to drive increased delinquent collections by over $20 million over historical baseline and how predictive analytics are being integrated into the Department’s decision making process going forward.
